Profile :
- Undertake, initiate and manage investigations with special emphasis on identifying, disrupting and dismantling the major manufacturers of counterfeit Pfizer products; formulate and initiate investigative plans.
- Manage consultants as required, to include drafting RFPs, recommending consultants, negotiating contracts, providing leadership and guidance to consultants once retained, and critically reviewing work product and invoices submitted.
- Develop, maintain and ensure sound liaison with local law enforcement and regulatory agencies as well as US officials in the region.
- Coordinate training for law enforcement and regulatory officials; provide briefings to government officials as directed by Senior Regional Director, or Regional Director, coordinating with other business units as required.
- Prepare memoranda, written reports, position papers and other communications as requested.
- Align with other directorates within Global Security, both regional and functional, coordinating efforts as required.
- Establish relationships with business leaders to identify security needs and develop plans of action to meet those needs; inform business leaders of the formulation and implementation of security policies, objectives and best practices as required.
- Implement and guide regional or country level anti-counterfeiting working groups or task forces to develop country-specific strategies to generate intelligence on counterfeiting, forwarding all information to Global Security; and to coordinate possible enforcement actions.
- Undertake threat and response assessments, providing threat and vulnerability assessments to business units; maintain ongoing security information flow and assessment of events in the region.
- Support and advise Site Security Officers with regard to development and implementation of security policies and programs.
- Comply with all Global Security directives, whether written or oral, issued by the Vice President or his designee; with all Global Security policies, procedures and guidelines; and with all Global Security reporting requirements, including those associated with Team Connect and Argos.
- Develop and implement professional development plans.
- Supervise Administrative Assistants and Interns.
- Ensuring that business is conducted in line with Company’s policies, ethical practices, Vision, Mission and Core Values.
Qualification & Experience
:
- Graduate with minimum ten (10) years experience in business or government.
- Experience in initiating, conducting and managing complex and sensitive investigations.
- Experience with investigation of product integrity matters and transnational crimes preferred.
- Knowledge of international trade practices, freight forwarding and international transfer of funds preferred.

- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Internet, email, word processing and database programs.
