On March 9, 2004 PGM launched Quality as a Value for the entire Company with the introduction of a new Icon symbolizing Quality. This recognition of Quality as a Value has now been embraced by all of Pfizer and stands side by side with our other 8 values: Integrity, Respect for People, Customer Focus, Innovation, Teamwork, Performance, Leadership and Community.
