Annual General Meeting

The 54th Annual General Meeting of Pfizer Limited was held at Y B Chavan Auditorium, Mumbai, on 28th April, 2005. Over 700 hundred shareholders of the company attended the meeting. The accounts for the financial year ended 30th November, 2004 were approved, as well as a dividend of Rs.10/- per share (100%) for the year ended 30th November, 2004. R A Shah, Chairman, announced the appointment of Mr. Kewal Handa as the Managing Director of the Company. The Management sincerely thank the shareholders for extending their overwhelming support.
