An Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the members has been convened through an order of the High Court of Judicature, Bombay to consider the amalgamation of Pharmacia Healthcare Limited with Pfizer Limited on Monday the 25th October 2004 at 11.30 A.M at Yeshwantrao Chavan Pratishthan Auditorium, Y.B. Chavan Centre, General Jaganath Bhosle Marg, Nariman Point, Mumbai 400 021.

The Company has already dispatched the Notice Convening the above meeting with Scheme of Amalgamation, Explanatory Statement under Section 393 of The Companies Act, 1956 and the Form of Proxy.
