Listing

The Company’s shares are listed at the following Stock Exchanges :

1. The Stock Exchange, Mumbai - Security Code: 500680.
2. The National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. - Security Code : PFIZER EQ.

Pfizer Equity shares were listed with The Stock Exchange, Mumbai in the year 1966. In January, 1999, Pfizer stock was listed with The National Stock Exchange. Effective May 31, 1999, the Company’s scrip forms part of the Compulsory Demat Segment.

Depositories

The Company has joined both the Depositories viz. National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL). Connectivity to both the Depositories has been established through our Registrars and Transfer Agents, Karvy Computershare Private Limited (Karvy).

As on date, 50.32% of the Company’s total paid-up share capital stands dematerialised.
