Nomination Facility

Shareholders have a right to nominate a person to their entire shareholding held in a folio by virtue of Section 109A.of the Companies Act, 1956. Shareholders desiring to avail of this nomination facility may download the Nomination Form (Form 2B) and send it to our Registrar and Transfer Agents, Karvy Computershare Private Limited (Karvy) after signing the form.

To obtain Duplicate in case of Loss of Share Certificates

In case of loss of your share certificates below 100 shares, all that you have to do is to submit an Affidavit duly notarised to our Registrar and Transfer Agents, Karvy Computershare Private Limited.

Above 100 shares you need to submit Declaration-Cum-Indemnity Form.

Transmission in case of death of sole holder

Legal heirs are requested to write to the Company for the transmission of the decedent's shares. They need not wait for obtaining the Succession Certificate/ Probate for their inheritance. The Company, on merits, will consider the transmission of the decedent's shares to the legal claimants on receipt of an Affidavit-cum-Indemnity-cum-NOC.

Note: The Board reserves the right to consider an application under this head.

ECS Mandate

We are pleased to offer the facility of electronic credit of dividend directly to the respective bank accounts of our shareholders, through Electronic Clearing Service (ECS). For registration, you have to download the ECS Form and submit it to our Registrars, Karvy Computershare Private Limited.

This facility is currently available to shareholders located at Metro cities only.

Please do not submit this form if you are holding shares in demat account.

Bank Mandate

You are requested to furnish your Bank details to enable us to print the same on your Dividend Warrants. This mandate will help avoid fraudulent encashment of your dividend. Download the Mandate Form and get the same registered.

Change in specimen signature s

As per SEBI Circular No. I (2000-2001)dated 9 th May, 2001 , a letter signed by the shareholder (s), duly attested by their Bankers, would enable us record your new signature.
