The Pfizer Limited board has approved the sale of 4 consumer health brands, namely Listerine, Benadryl, Caladryl and Benylin to Johnson & Johnson Limited for a sum of Rs. 214.85 Crores.
All other brands and the consumer health team will continue to be an integral part of Pfizer India's success. The Pfizer India Consumer Health portfolio includes key brands such as - Gelusil, Nebasulf, Selsun, Ferradol, Neko and Waterbury's Compound. We believe that there is tremendous potential in our brands and business strategies will be put in place to maximize the opportunities and drive growth in the consumer health business.
