- OPTIMA (Online Pfizer Territory Information Management Application)
is the Electronic Territory Management System that has evolved from
its initial web based reporting capabilities into a Sales Force Automation
system. Its next version OPTIMA II provides a portal to the field force
for all activities.
The OPTIMA suite of applications now encompasses messaging, e-learning and Portal capabilities with workflow enabled processes integrating with other Pfizer standard applications. The system with offline and PDA capabilities can be deployed in multiple languages.
